The TGRCNM Housing Program provides a transitional housing resource and support services to transgender, gender nonconforming, nonbinary, and gender variant people exiting homelessness. The Casa Lola Resident Assistants supports the housing program through specialized support to participants focusing on obtaining employment, financial literacy, health and wellness, and meeting program expectations. Casa Lola Resident Assistants support the Housing Program Manager and interact with participants through programmatic activities, help to maintain the cleanliness of the residence, and provide individualized support. This position is part-time and requires staff members to pass a driver’s record check prior to hiring as they will be transporting our residents around Albuquerque in our company vehicle.
