Director of Operations

Erik joined the Center in February 2021 as a Volunteer in the Drop-In Center because he wanted to make a difference in his Albuquerque community. He quickly developed rapport with Center participants and staff, making him an excellent permanent addition to the Drop-In Center team in the fall of that year. In October of 2022, Erik took on a new role as Director of Operations. Originally from New York State, Erik moved to Albuquerque in 2009 where he lives with his wife, two dogs, and cat.

“I love that people from all paths of life can come to the Center to receive support through harm reduction and other services. Being able to get to know some of the participants and help them gain access to services has been really rewarding.”
